COMPENSATION: $50,000 to $70,000 based upon experience, plus full benefits.
OUR COMPANY: Real Equity Management is a privately owned, design-build and full-service property management firm. REM’s asset portfolio is centered around both commercial and residential real estate. Their primary focus, however, is in market-rate and student, apartment communities. REM currently oversees properties in Missouri, Oklahoma, and Kentucky. The REM Marketing Department also serves other brands under the same ownership including two restaurant and bars.
DIGITAL MARKETING STRATEGIST POSITION: We are looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to focus on digital lead generation efforts and improving lead quality to increase conversions! Our ideal candidate would be a subject matter expert in both display and search digital marketing analytics to keep our online presence in peak performance. Our Marketing Analyst will post and analyze all paid digital efforts, specifically tailored to our target market, while also focusing on SEO strategies.
DIGITAL MARKETING STRATEGIST RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist with organic social media efforts; work with sales/marketing team to plan online marketing campaigns and assist with execution of organic social media content.
Execute all paid digital media campaigns/advertisements; Engage and influence potential customers with personalized display and banner ads that reflect consumers’ preferences.
Interfacing with sales teams to implement new or edit existing search or display ads; Work with our sales teams to discuss trends and obtain content and promotions for digital campaigns.
Monitor and analyze conversions for digital marketing success; Ensure that we have customers walking through the door at all times! Track and monitor conversion data to determine campaign inefficiencies (and successes!).
Build and monitor all paid search campaigns; Create and analyze keyword search campaigns through Google Adwords, and other platforms, by telling customers what we are offering through targeting of appropriate keywords and setting daily budgets to maximize visibility.
Establish tracking and reporting processes for campaigns while monitoring ROI and KPIs; Keep our teams in the loop on paid digital and search efforts with easy to comprehend statistics on how our efforts are going.
Develop and copy-edit content for online and print (e.g. website, blogs, magazines, video, etc); While our sales team will develop the bulk of our content, you will edit and fine tune it to ensure our brand is consistent and attracts the right customers at the right time.
DIGITAL MARKETING STRATEGIST REQUIREMENTS:
MUST HAVE: 2+ years’ experience creating and placing paid display advertisements on Facebook and Google
MUST HAVE: 2+ years’ experience with paid search advertisements including Google AdWords campaigns
Experience with graphic design/adobe creative design suite; preferred!
SEO experience, preferred
Google Adwords certification a plus!
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field, Required.
Familiarity and experience with Internet Listing Services, Social Media and Customer Service a plus
