Job Description:Maintain knowledge and act as systems engineer for Cloud, Windows, and Middleware appsPossess knowledge of foundational technologies: TCP/IP, DHCP, DNSInstall and administer software to provide the necessary capabilities for user environmentAnalyze and resolve the inefficiencies and problem within the system. Monitor the upgrades to enhance performance, capabilities, and follow up as neededAnalyze project data and determine the hardware needed foe software environmentProvide technical support.instruction supporting others including leadershipProvide third-level tech support for the Systems Department StaffTroubleshoot hardware and software issues at any hour as required by urgent nature of situationJob Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or equivalent3-5 years related work experienceExperience with Windows Server OS AdministrationExperience with enterprise software installation and administrationBasic operation of Microsoft Office and other productivity software.SDL2017
