Essential responsibilities and tasks of the Graphic Designer are:Collaborate with the Marketing Director to identify marketing needsManage the design process from conception to delivery, and ensure visual brand standards are met to maintain quality and consistencyMaintain digital libraries and keep track of physical collateralLiaise with external vendors for printing orders, proofread content, and prepare filesCreate collateral for independent advisors, following their branding guidelines or creating new brandingAssist with email marketing and corporate communications as neededSupport website updates, social media updates, podcasts, video production, form creation & automationPerform any additional duties assigned as requiredAdditional duties as requiredSuccessful Graphic Designer candidates will have:RequiredBachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Design is preferred, or work-related experience is required2-5 years of experience in Corporate marketing/design roleExceptional communication skills through different mediasSuperior organizational skills and attention to detailMust provide link to a portfolio showcasing a range of designs in both print and digital mediumsPreferredStrong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, Dreamweaver) Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)Knowledge of corporate communication design and email deployment platformsBasic HTML and Code EditorsSocial Media Marketing – Facebook, LinkedIn, twitterSEO experience is a plus Powered by JazzHRPI210500051
