Position Responsibilities
Become deeply engaged and knowledgeable of the solutions being developed.
Work closely with Business Analysts and Solution Analysts to define and refine project scopes, product/project backlogs and release plans.
Develop detailed work plans including work breakdown structures, project milestones, risk assessment/management plans, staffing needs and project timelines.
Oversee and lead the definition and creation of high-quality project/product backlogs utilizing epics, features, user stories and task structures
Plan and facilitate effective core Agile / Scrum ceremonies including backlog grooming and refinement, sprint planning, stand-ups, sprint demos and retrospectives.
Ensure established project delivery framework tasks, activities and deliverables are represented and accounted for in project plans and timelines.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
8+ years of overall IT experience with continued growth and development of skills.
5+ years of experience managing IT projects.
3+ years of Agile / Scrum experience.
Experience with Atlassian, Jira, Confluence and TFS a plus.
