Job Description: *The Role* We are looking for someone who is passionate about Agile and is driven by building highly effective teams! You blend deep Scrum expertise with passion for coaching and constant improvement. You will partner with others to accelerate value delivery by –

* Supporting the team with their continued agile journey and maturity of the Agile Approach

* Providing agile coaching and mentoring to the team

* Being a Leader who serves

* Guiding use of the scrum and scaled agile framework

* Effectively facilitating scrum and scaled agile ceremonies

* Helping remove impediments and coordinate dependencies

* Be a change agent for continuous improvement

*The Expertise and Skills You Bring*

* Certified Scrum Master or related training

* 2+ years’ experience in a scrum master role or similar, preferably in Software Development

* Experience using JIRA, Confluence, MS Teams, Mural, &/or Jira Align is a plus

* Experience working within a multi-team framework, such as SAFe, [email protected] or LeSS preferred

* Servant Leadership mentality and empowers others to do their best work

* Effective facilitator who can actively listen, remain neutral, ensure all voices are heard and ask open ended questions

* You’re an agile enthusiast who can mentor others and has a deep knowledge and/or experience with multiple frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Spotify, etc.

* Use of Metrics to visualize how the team is performing and where they can improve

* A change agent who advocates for continuous improvement and is Innovative, Analytical and a Strategic Problem solver

* Possess superb communication and people-interaction skills, and can collaborate and partner with others within and outside the team

*The Team* You will support a team within Stock Plan Services, an emerging equity compensation services division of Fidelity Investments. You will be accountable in helping the team deliver on their top priority goals and objectives while partnering with other Squads, Tribe Leads and Chapter Leaders. By being a role model and promoting Fidelity and agile leadership behaviors, you will create and sustain an innovative agile culture!
