Job Description: As a Scrum Master, you are an ambitious change agent who has a passion for working with teams to help them improve and deliver their best work. You are a champion for Agile values, practices and processes to ensure that your team is fully functional, productive, and focused on the sprint goals. You will be a driver of process improvement by leading strategic efforts for the organization.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
* Strong proficiency and experience with encouraging Agile behaviors, reinforcing practices, norms, ceremonies, and supporting the overall Squad performance and efficiency
* Agile/Scrum Fundamentals – WHY and HOW
* Using JIRA/Kanban boards to manage project timelines, and crafting/maintaining intake forms
* Identifying team improvement opportunities and looking externally for standard methodologies to support continuous improvement
* Ensuring all work is tracked in the backlog and accurately balanced across team members
* Maintaining and updating the Squad’s process metrics and artifacts to ensure accurate and clear communications to partners
* Working broadly across Fidelity demonstrating wide network across all of T&L and multiple outside BUs
* Proven track record working with all levels within an organization on highly visible priorities and handle shifting priorities
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
* Certified Scrum Master (CSM) preferred

You will work closely with all levels of the Talent & Learning organization to drive process improvement opportunities. You will use your strong project management, communication and influence skills to lead the organization through organizational change initiatives.

* Guiding the team on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values; ensures timely completion of work
* Facilitating sprint planning, stand ups, retrospectives and other Agile ceremonies
* Identifying and driving process improvement opportunities and looks externally for standard methodologies to support continuous improvement
