What You’ll Do:
The Senior Product Manager, Security Services Edge optimizes multiple product roadmaps to deliver quality products across Jamf. They work with other Product Managers to observe customers, users, competitors, and other market signals to identify valuable product opportunities and turns these into product initiatives. They partner closely with strategists, product owners, engineering teams, and internal & external stakeholders to prioritize and optimize valuable product increments. The Senior Product Manager is responsible for directing and coordinating work across product teams and manages a team of Product Managers and/or Product Owners.
Responsibilities:
Analyze and synthesize quantitative and qualitative data about prospective and active customers, users, competitors, and other market signals to identify product initiatives and develop business cases with estimated costs and value
Align with strategists, engineering leaders, and product owners to develop a product roadmap with prioritized intiatives, aligned with Jamf corporate and product strategies
Coordinate the planning and delivery of product roadmaps across multiple teams to optimize the overall value delivered
Define portfolio-level release scope and partner with engineering leaders in regular operational reviews to maximize the value delivered across teams and products
Analyze product and market data to accurately measure the impact and value of product initiatives
Assist in the definition of functional requirements, non-functional requirements and solution-specific market requirements
Manage, coach, and mentor Product Managers and Product Owners
Skills & Experience:
Minimum of 5 years experience with network security technologies (ZTNA, Proxy, DNS, VPN) (Required)
Minimum of 3 years building software products (Required)
Minimum of 3 years experience in an Agile development environment (Required)
Experience with professional communication across mediums: verbal, written, presentations, Zoom (or equivalent) (Required)
Minimum of 3 years proven experience working with, leading, and motivating cross-functional and virtual teams (Required)
Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence) (Preferred)
Education & Certifications:
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent (Required)
4 year / Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)
Agile software development training/certification (Preferred)
Experience building enterprise-level software within an agile organization (Required)
