Duties and Responsibilities:Work closely with Revenue Cycle and Data Analytics teams to gather, analyze, summarize, and prepare analyzes to monitor performance of billing and collection functionResolve complex operational and technical problems through research and problem solving to determine root cause and lead process improvementsManage exception-based scenarios & understand user requests to facilitateIdentify and evaluate revenue enhancement opportunitiesTroubleshoots & resolves user requests, issues, & conflictsMonitor and track highly detailed and multiple complex projects, systems, and data with support of team membersIntegrate reporting KPIs and metrics from newly acquired physician practices. Normalize data between various systems, compare and contrast local metrics to identify opportunities.Evaluate and identify areas of improvement / opportunity for operational / technological changes to support efficiencies and widget throughputMaintain patient confidentiality and data integrity in accordance with company policies and proceduresParticipates in special projects and performs other duties as assignedWork Environment and Physical DemandsThis job operates in a professional office setting.
