The RoleAs a Cloud Engineer, you will be an integral member of the dynamic AWS squad continuously innovating and improving our enablement platforms and capabilities to accelerate Fidelity’s journey to the cloud. You will work on a wide variety of cloud native stacks and technologies, using groundbreaking architectures and services.Location: MMK, NC, and TX are the location options for this oneThe Expertise And Skills You Bring5+ Years of experience in Cloud Operations experienceExtensive experience working with Infrastructure as Code (AWS Cloud Formation Templates).Hands on experience working with AWS technologies such as ECS, EKS, Load Balancer, Route 53, Auto Scaling Group, AWS Batch, Lambda, S3, CloudWatch, SNS, Key Management ServiceExtensive hands-on experience implementing CI/CD pipelinesDevelopment experience with two or more languages Python, Java, Go etc. is a plusPassionate about working in a DevOps culture.Very strong technical curiosity to learn and passionate about new technologies and cloud trends.Strong communication and influencing skills.Experience working in globally distributed teams.Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or Equivalent.Bonus SkillsAny certification in public Cloud (AWS) and/or Kubernetes is a plus.The TeamThis is an opportunity for a highly motivated Senior Cloud Engineer to join Fidelity Funds & Investment Operations (FFIO).
