Digital Marketing/Graphic Design Specialist

Position Summary:
The Marketing Specialist creates and supports marketing initiatives to build the brand in accordance with our mission, values, objectives, and brand image. We are seeking a highly motivated individual to develop, implement, grow and measure our social and digital campaigns across all channels.
Essential Job Functions:
Graphics experience using Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and/or Photoshop
Experience using standard social media admin software and services, including Google Ads
Proven ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, within scope and budget
Strong organizational and planning skills
Skilled writer with strong grammar, spelling, and proofing skills
Role will involve exposure to senior management in areas of expertise
Deliver consistent brand messaging across all marketing materials and channels
Create content for newsletters, sell sheets, ads, presentations, product literature and other collateral, both independently and as a member of the Marketing team
Design and coordinate an integrated social media program to build and maintain relationships with our target audiences
Measure and report performance of social/digital media campaigns and assess against goals
Apply analysis to improve user experience and increase audience
Create graphics for various programs, including advertising, promotions, product labels, events
Handle and coordinate photography and videography needs for marketing materials and events
Contribute to strategic development for the brand, including social and digital media
Manage the marketing database, including development and distribution of e-blasts
Identify emerging media and provide perspective on adoption
Contribution to other projects and tasks as assigned
Prefer 2+ years relevant social/digital management experience, preferably in a B2B setting
Education:
Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field
