We also offer all paid days off for Federal holidays!Role:Our Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for maintaining our brand’s online presence and sales by working on various marketing campaigns. Their duties include researching, strategizing with other professionals and creating content for successful campaigns. What you will be doing:Develops and maintains the website content (products, categories, news, etc.). Crafts marketing campaigns that follow best practices by collaborating with graphic design vendors and web development teams. Manages the website execution of online promotions and day-to-day production to include coordinating the implementation and tracking of all online advertising channels.Implements and provides support with online marketing strategy using SEO and SEM to effectively attract online traffic and promote financial products and services for members. Produces content for social media to include Twitter, Snapchat, LinkedIn, Facebook and other social media platforms.Monitors social media comments, resolves general issues, and reports escalated issues to the VP of Marketing.Creates e-mail marketing campaigns and communications to include coordinating e-mail lists across individual campaigns, triggered campaigns, opt in subscriptions, and opt outs to ensure quality, consistency, and brand positioning.Updates banners and product images. Collects, analyzes, and reports on website traffic and products/services market trends. Tracks and reports on Onboarding/Re-boarding programs.Completes site analytics and metrics for campaign budgets, schedules, program performances, and others, and identifies trends.Ensures quality control and maintenance procedures for the site and advertising program. Manages the internal database of members.Monitors traffic, paid and organic, PPC and Google Searches.Responsible for marketing automation program. Researches and stays up to date on marketing automation trends and best practices.Serves as the subject matter expert in Hubspot Marketing Hub and maximizes its potential by connecting it to marketing technology and financial technology platforms.Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
