Overview:Graphic DesignerSavannah, GAThe TMX Finance® Family of Companies is looking for a Graphic Designer to join our team and combine your creative and artistic talents to design a wide range of digital and print media for our marketing team. Your eye for detail and familiarity with design programs to execute projects and bring an idea to life. You will design and create materials not only used by our field teams, but across the entire company. This is an in-office opportunity based in Savannah, GA.Responsibilities:Work closely with Creative and Brand Marketing Leadership to determine specific design needs and work to accomplish the deliverables on time.Develop various marketing materials to include store signage and collateral, outdoor media (billboards, transit, etc.), email, digital banners, direct mail, etc.Identify and place all visual elements of a project, including illustrations, photography, and font styles to produce effective communication pieces.Consult with cross functional team members to properly execute projects, ranging in size and scope.Review all creative materials to ensure that brand standards are maintained across all marketing and communication platforms.Build creative files to the proper specifications necessary for printing.Develop designs with a human-centric approach, considering the customer experience first and foremost.Ensure creative deadlines are met by working effectively under pressure to get jobs complete.Establish and effectively manage project deliverables and deadlines with teams and partners across multiple projects and design disciplines (print, digital, social) and through all phases of production.Collaborate and build relationships with internal teams to evolve and optimize both employer and consumer branding deliverables.Create design content for marketing deliverables while ensuring they are compliant with regulatory standards.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a comparable field2+ years of experience as a designer, illustrator, or similar experienceProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesignMust be flexible, deadline driven, self-motivated, and able to deliver accurate, high-quality content in a fast-turn environmentAbility to conceptualize creative projects and translate complex ideasStrong communication and organizational skills with critical attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex ideas in accessible waysAbility to work on multiple projects simultaneouslyProactive, will find solutions, ask questions, and take ownership of assigned projectsPhysical demands for this position frequently include: the ability to remain in a stationary position, move about freely inside and occasionally outside of the office, and the operation of mechanical controls, such as a keyboardOur Benefits Include*:A comprehensive new hire training program designed to help set you up for successAccess to a robust learning management system, full of e-learning modules and training programs to help boost your professional and personal developmentProfessional Development and Mentor Programs plus Ongoing Training ResourcesMultiple coverage levels for Medical, Dental, & VisionGroup Health & Wellness Program, plus special savings on retail items, travel, entertainment, and more through TMX PerksTraditional 401(k) and Roth 401(k) with Company matchFlexible Spending AccountsBasic and AD&D Life InsuranceVoluntary benefits, including short-term and long-term disability insurance, accident, critical illness, and hospital confinement insurancePaid Time Off (Accrue approximately 12 days per year, plus 2 additional days for each year of service after the first year of employment up to a maximum of 18 days)Performance-based career advancementDiverse Culture and Inclusive EnvironmentLearn More About UsThe Creative Designer is part of the Marketing team, made up of ingeniously creative professionals who are passionate about drawing audiences closer to the heart of our mission.
