Job Overview:We are seeking a creative and organized individual to join our team as a part-time Graphic Designer/Executive Assistant. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing PowerPoint designs for various marketing materials and providing administrative support to our executive team.Responsibilities:Design and create visual assets for PowerPoint presentations.Create 2D/3D designs using AutoCAD.Extract information from SolidWorks to PowerPoint.Collaborate with CEO.Convert handwritten notes into PowerPoint presentations.Provide administrative support to the executive team, including scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, and managing calendars.Answer phone calls and respond to emails on behalf of the executive team when necessary.Perform general office tasks such as filing, organizing, and maintaining office supplies.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field.Proven experience as a graphic designer with a portfolio of previous work.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign).Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with office management software such as Microsoft Office and Google Suite.Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends if necessary.This is a part-time position with the potential for growth.
