This is an in-person (not remote) position at our Kansas City, Missouri location.
Responsibilities:
IT Project Coordinator responsibilities include but are not limited to:
This in-person position will be tasked with creating, managing, and tracking IT related projects. Candidates should be self-motivated; capable of organizing internal and external resources on IT-specific projects. To be successful the IT Project Coordinator requires strong technical aptitude, organizational and communications skills.
Qualifications:
Qualified Candidates for the IT Project Coordinator position should possess the following:
Strong sense of urgency
Excellent verbal, written and communications skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Logical and numerical reasoning skills
2+ years of technical working experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, OneNote, and Visio
Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, OneNote)
Technical or Project Management Degree, equivalent experience, or graduation from a related certification program
Ability to breakdown and define business processes
Preferred Qualifications
Working knowledge of Business Systems (ERP, Manufacturing, Fulfilment)
Experience in manufacturing, food processing, or transportation industry
Fundamental SQL Query Abilities
Bachelor’s Degree in an IT-related field
