Position Overview: IT Project Manager manages key projects throughout the department. Project management responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope. Oversee all aspects of projects. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of project. Prepare reports for management regarding status of project.IT Project Manager will work directly with the various departments and vendors to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget. He or she will coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible with current and future requirements, priorities, and goals for the organization. Perform key responsibilities as detailed in this job description in a dependable, responsible, and positive manner, consistent with all state and federal guidelines.Serve as a role model by exemplifying professional behavior, language, skills, and attire in order to promptly and accurately serve the needs of stakeholders, members and their families.Assure adherence to CBH policies and procedures so that all work is of the highest quality and delivered in the most culturally competent and cost effective manner.Promote and manage diversity and acceptance within CBH and with all members and stakeholders by honoring and respecting their individuality, dignity and rights.Offer suggestions and develop solutions to help promote effective and efficient work processes and innovative programs.Actively participate in required meetings and complete all mandatory trainings.Maintain high levels of advocacy and member confidentiality to ensure the success of CBH and our mission.Assist in assuring both internal and external program integrity by being alert to and reporting suspected instances of provider and employee fraud, waste or abuse.Essential Functions: Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the execution of projectsEnsure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budgetAssist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibilityEnsure resource availability and allocationDevelop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progressManage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniquesMeasure project performance using appropriate tools and techniquesReport and escalate to management as neededManage the relationship with the client and all stakeholdersPerform risk management to minimize project risksEstablish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendorsCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentationDelegate project tasks based on staff members’ individual strengths, skill sets and experience levelsTrack project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goalsDevelop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff membersUse and continually develop leadership skillsAttend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiencyPerform other related duties as assignedDevelop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs Position Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business Management or similar field 3 – 5 years of Proven working experience in project managementSkills:Excellent client-facing and internal communication skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsSolid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skillsStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft ProjectHealthcare experience is preferredSolid understanding of Key IT areas such as infrastructure, security, networking, and application management.Proficient in using MS Project, and Smartsheet and familiarities with Power BI, and DevOps. Some fluctuation in temperature.
